Please assist by keeping noise levels low—adjust your TV and radios to a volume that won't disturb our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! ▪️ Kindly provide a government-issued ID for all registered guests within 24 hours after booking and before arrival. Failure to comply may result in reservation cancellation at the host's discretion. ▪️ We want to ensure your comfort at all times.Kindly stick to the maximum guest limit mentioned. ▪️ Guests hosting visitors not staying on the property must register their visitors with a government-issued ID at least 24 hours before the visit. ▪️ Only guests from the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Additional overnight visitors will incur a US$150 charge. ▪️ Our laundry facilities are reserved for guests staying 5 days or longer.     •    Guests staying less than 5 days: Laundry facilities are not included in your stay, but you may use them for a fee.     Please note that laundry facilities are not available to guest visitors. Thank you for your understanding. ▪️ For long-term stays, entry is necessary to maintain our cleaning standards. A weekly cleaning fee of US$45, along with a linen change, is required. ▪️ No smoking indoors. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays. A pet fee of US$300 will be applied if found in violation. ▪️ Respect for property: Guests are expected to treat the property and its belongings with care. A US$350 fine and immediate reservation cancellation will be enforced for any violations. ♦️Missing washcloth: US$25, Towels: US$50, Linen: US$80. ♦️ US$60 charge for dirty dishes and pots left in the sink. ♦️ US$60 charge for improperly disposing of garbage outside of trash bags in the bin, particularly if it's deemed a deliberate act of vandalism to the property. ▪️ No 🚫Illegal substances allowed. ▪️ Guests should adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times unless alternative arrangements have been made with the host.
